The Arlequin or Harlequin is a popular Swiss-made diabolo from Mr. Babache. They are not my favorite diabolo because they are heavy for their size and they are not as well balanced as the Millennium or the Rubberking. The Harlequin or Arlequin diabolo is very popular primarily because of their unique colors. My personal opinion is that you are sparing quality in favor of appearance. The axle is slightly thicker than its counterparts making it accelerate a little quicker but this also means doesn't hold its speed as long as you would expect.
